Multi-page lead generation site for construction industry

Vantage Building Group consulted with Kook on how best to grow the different arms of their successful construction business online. Our advice led to a refresh of their brand, a re-design of their main website and whole new site dedicated to their residential sales and display homes – ensuring a web presence that would rival their competitors in this sector.

The Vantage Homes QLD site needed to showcase their design templates, generate sales enquiries and help drive foot traffic to their numerous display homes across the Sunshine Coast, with high value also placed on ensuring quality user experience.

Our approach

Utilising a content management system allowing easy admin access, we designed the site in a way that it can also be utilised as a sales tool by staff – with a full catalogue of home designs and custom filters to make the customers’ process of selecting their new home easy.

Functionality includes a custom-developed “print to PDF” feature, which allows users to download a brochure of their favourite home design and, if they wish, print it to take along on a visit to the display home. Users are also given the ability to zoom in on designs.

The results

A wonderful example of a Mobile Responsive lead generation site, the Vantage Homes QLD website beautifully highlights display homes, showcases design templates, details inclusions, includes Confidence Triggers through listing their various awards and enables easy enquiries.

From an administration point of view, with this site the Vantage team can easily add or edit display homes, update home designs and advertise specific house-and-land packages for sale in addition to modifying other content in-house.
