Multi-page eCommerce website for customisable promotional products and merchandise
The Branding Office is all about enabling customisations to be made, based around their customers’ needs – an approach born out of the owners’ previous frustration, as franchisees of another business, at being locked into an “enterprise” content management system (CMS) that lacked flexibility.
Justin and Jodi came to Kook seeking a website solution that would enable customers not only to review prices, but build a quote – or buy instantly on some of the product range – as well as upload artwork including logos and style guides.
With our clients being in the design business themselves, we realised their brand online had to be high quality – matching their own creativity with uniquely-designed components.
Knowing that The Branding Office team work non-stop to bring the very latest promo and merchandise offerings to the market, we were also aware that an easy-to-use CMS and product management system was crucial.
Opting for a Kook WMS solution, we were able to achieve both: a design that avoided the cookie-cutter look of budget off-the-shelf eCommerce, with functionality that enabled simplified in-house content management and product updates going forward.
Modern in appearance, fully mobile responsive and featuring a three-tiered navigation – with a sticky header focussing primarily on the eCommerce categories, phone number and shopping cart – The Branding Office’s website makes their product range accessible to their customers while also providing an easy way for customers to request pricing without having to complete the checkout and make a purchase.
Variables on products and user options have been accommodated – for example, each item may have a decoration type and a set order quantity – while the site enables customers to easily attach logos and provide additional information when requesting quotes or ordering products.
Confidence triggers have been included within the design and we’ve utilised our client’s strong library of brand assets by incorporating their icon set into the footer and scattering various other brand elements throughout the site.
