Property Zest came to Kook with an existing WordPress website, requesting a redesign while remaining on the same platform.
Kook implemented a new, modern design while keeping the content and site structure as close as possible to the old website. As Property Zest’s branding includes a lot of the bright green colour, as featured in their logo, we ensured a vibrant, fresh feel was carried through as part of our sleek design.
Our client identified two key service areas within their business – Buyers’ Agent and Property Management – and this informed our decisions in terms of site navigation. These service offerings were also featured on the home page above the fold, leaving those arriving on the site in no doubt about what they do and creating a very easy path to find relevant information based on their requirements.
Knowing newsletter subscriptions were extremely valuable to real estate agencies, we determined the best solution for this particular client was MailChimp integration and added a very prominent sign-up Call To Action to every page of the site. Confidence Triggers including customer testimonials were also incorporated.
Property Zest’s Mobile Responsive website provides a highly professional online presence in keeping with existing branding. This is vitally important as brand tone and consistency is vital for businesses across all industries and we believe a clean, modernised website can always be created without compromising this.
