The Requirement /Brief

Sipahh by Unistraw is a well-known flavoured milk straw product enjoyed by families across Australia. The business required a refreshed eCommerce website that better reflected the playful identity of the brand and supported a seamless shopping experience. With a focus on boosting online sales, the new platform needed to combine strong creative with functional design. Following the launch, the business also sought to strengthen its digital marketing footprint within Australia.

The Solution

Kook designed and developed a new eCommerce site that made it easier for families to browse and buy their favourite Sipahh straws. The platform is fast, easy to navigate, and built to scale, supporting both product storytelling and conversion.

With the website live, we then launched a performance-driven Facebook Ads strategy to support online sales. The campaign focused on strengthening reach, improving short-term efficiency, and increasing return on ad spend (ROAS) through continual optimisation.

The Outcome

In the first six months following the campaign relaunch, Facebook Ads generated 766 purchases and $35,274.10 in revenue. Return on ad spend (ROAS) reached 5.5, with performance accelerating in the lead-up to the 2024 holiday season.

During November to December 2024, ROAS increased by 49%, reflecting strong creative performance and effective optimisation. Monthly revenue consistently tracked at about $35,000, well above the original goal of $30,000.

The new website combined fun visual design with functional eCommerce infrastructure, creating a platform optimised for usability and performance. The layout, navigation, and mobile responsiveness were all crafted to improve the shopping experience.

Facebook Ads campaigns were structured around the full funnel, from awareness to conversion. Messaging and creative were refined to maintain strong audience engagement and optimise performance.

With the right platform and marketing foundations in place, Sipahh is now well-positioned to continue growing its audience and driving sales within the Australian market.
