Bell Tent Hire Co turns outdoor events into unforgettable glamping experiences, offering marquee and tent hire for weddings, festivals, and private functions across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Having first partnered with Kook in 2018 for SEO and Google Ads management, Bell Tent Hire Co later expanded its digital strategy to include Facebook Ads in 2020. After several years of growth, the team re-engaged Kook in 2023 to redevelop its website to better reflect its brand identity, improve usability, and support ongoing marketing performance. The website redesign aimed to enhance navigation, streamline enquiry processes, and strengthen calls to action. It also needed to incorporate a new conditional logic form that allowed users to select products, packages, and add-ons easily. In addition, Kook was tasked with redeveloping the site on a more stable, low-maintenance platform and transitioning to a .com.au domain to boost local SEO.
