Originally from sunny Southern California and now a long-time Sunshine Coast local, Chris is a developer with over 10 years of experience who loves turning complex problems into simple, intuitive digital experiences. He’s been pulling things apart and building computers since he was six years old - tinkering on his parents' Compaq Presario - so getting into web development was less a career choice and more a natural progression.

Comfortable in both front and backend development, Chris works across HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL and Python, as well as modern frameworks like Node, React, Vue and Electron. He is also more recently expanding his skills in .NET and brings extensive experience in WordPress — from theme work through to fully custom plugin development and integrations. He’s equally at home with modern server stacks on both Linux and Windows, including Apache, NGINX and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle.

Chris believes great technology should feel simple, not overwhelming. He applies that mindset to his code and to the way he supports clients, making complex ideas possible with practical solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys switching off and spending time with his family along the Sunshine Coast’s beaches.
